We're aiming at zero. Zero waste. For NYCxDESIGN, New York’s annual celebration of design, the FCINY has invited chefs from Restaurant Nolla, the first zero-waste restaurant in the Nordics, to bring their food philosophy to WantedDesign Manhattan, on May 19-22. Co-curated by Harri Koskinen and Linda Bergroth, and designed by Bergroth, Zero Waste Bistro builds on themes of circular economy, new material innovations and sustainable design. Ticket sales for experiencing the zero waste tasting menu will start on Tuesday May 8.
