Networking above Central Park

The residence of the Consul General of Finland in New York has a wonderful view over the trees of Central Park. The government of Finland has occupied the large Upper East Side apartment since 1965. In addition to its prime location, the apartment contains an exquisite selection of Finnish art and design.

The consul general and his or her spouse organize dozens of luncheons, receptions and dinners annually to connect Finnish and American “movers and shakers” in order to stimulate cooperation between Finland and the United States.

The beautiful residence with its elegant Finnish touch and culinary expertise is one of the sharpest networking tools the consulate possesses in bustling New York.
